Singapore Investment Applicant Scheme
1.The amount of investment
Singapore investment immigrants should have a minimum amount of 1,500,000 Singapore Dollars investment (approximately 7,500,000 RMB Yuan).
2.Investment projects
Applicants can choose one of the following investment projects:
A. Singapore government-designated funds
B. Manufacturing, electronics, chemical, technology, logistics, telecommunications, information technology, advertising, tourism, senior restaurant, hotel, banking, insurance and construction.
The applicant must be within two years in Singapore together with the detailed business plans that conform to the investment policies of the Singapore government. The amount of investment will be allocated in investment projects, and investment projects must be maintained for five years or more.
3.Investment target
Investment target include Technology, the Information Technology, the technology system facilities (Technology Infrastructure), Telecommunications, semiconductors, computer-related business, health care, food, and logistics.
4.Immigrants can apply for family members
Entrepreneurs immediate family members can also apply for immigration :
A.Spouse
B.21 years old or above or unmarried children may be permitted to apply for immigration, but depending on the individual merits that are being assessed. The parents and spouses who apply for immigration should contribute an additional investment up to 300,000 Singapore dollars.
5.Document
The following has to be submitted by the applicant with corresponding certification (with translation) :
A.The company’s audit report certificate for last five years with translations (audited financial report);
B.Copies of the passports of each of the applicant’s family members (without translation, subject to the Singapore embassy legalization);
C.Birth certificate of each of the applicant’s family member (with translation)
D.Marriage certificate of the applicant--with translation (if applicable);
E.Divorce certificate of the applicant (if applicable);
F.Birth certificate of the applicant's adopted children--with translation (if applicable);
G.Name change certificate of the applicant-- with translation (if applicable);
H.Account certificate of the applicant -- with translation (if applicable);
I.Recent photos of each applicant’s family member. Passport size ( 40 mm X 55 mm)and black-and-white.
